His so called mistake released predator. That's not a mistake. That's a monumental crevice for victims of said predator due to an over inflated ego. This tragedy for future victims is Chips fault. He is not above the law. The horrible criminal act that Chip committed makes him as guilty as the predator. Chip can never wash the blood from his narcissistic hands. By the way, you never get caught breaking the law on your 1st attempt. Ponder this, what else has he done that he hasn't been brought to justice for. His job was to PROTECT and serve. Prison is to nice a place for a the most stupid, careless, self absorbed, egoistictal criminal walking amongst the public. He is a tit. A sore on the ass of humanity. How many innocent people are in prison because of he immoral behavior. He is held to a hire standard because he took an oath in front of God and his peers to PROTECT those who cannot PROTECT themselves. He had already broken his oath. Conduct unbecoming of an officer. Because if you cannot be faithful to your partner in life, whom he claimed to love. How the hell can he keep his oath to PROTECT and serve strangers. He could not be trusted to be faithful in his relationship. His child is proof positive that he cannot be trusted at all. Period. Point. End of discussion.
